A Word of Warning
There are a lot of casual operators out there who just pick up a average performing portable cleaning unit and to offer to clean your carpets for less than the industry standard. Its not a bad way to earn a living if you have the desire not be tied to a desk or have to hold down a regular 9-5 job.
They read a book on stain removal and when they realise the same equipment they have can extract water from a property then they purchase a couple of fans and some low performing dehumidifiers and have a go at flood restoration as well.
